PRACTICE FOCUS

My focus has been the care of patients with brain and CNS tumors. I have over 20 years of experience caring for patients and families with cancer. The last 7 years I have focused on brain tumor, which has involved symptom management, patient education and management of psychosocial issues and multiple treatment modalities including IV, IA and oral chemotherapy. I have also participated in clinical trials and research.

PERSONAL STATEMENT

I love the challenge of working with patients and their families as they learn to live with a brain tumor.  I find that my passion lies in teaching and helping patients as they work to accept, understand and learn to live and cope with their disease.  I know that what my patients have taught me over the years has helped to make me the person I am today.
