Evaluating the alignment and mechanical cause of pain symptoms and treating with manual therapy, exercise, and problem solving a patient’s ergonomic challenges in their daily activities.  I also enjoy working with patients with dizziness, balance, and vertigo issues, and strengthening programs especially for those who need to build confidence with their ability to exercise.

PRACTICE FOCUS

I enjoy working with patients to help them gain pain relief, strength and mobility, correct ergonomics and positioning, which allows them to return to the activities that are important in their lives.  I especially enjoy working with the older population and women.

My practice focus includes patients with myofascial or disc-related injuries, headaches, vestibular and balance rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction, orthopedic injuries, MS, fibromyalgia, and deconditioning due to injury or pain.

HOBBIES

My hobbies include gardening, kayaking and lake activities, hiking, and reading.
