Dr. Patricia J. Aletky conducts independent examinations for plaintiff and defense attorneys, employers, and insurance companies as well as serving as an expert witness on a wide range of topics related to the practice of psychology including credentialing and standards of care, disability, sex related and other personal injury claims, psychological damage from accidental injury, and competency issues. 

Independent Psychological Examinations take approximately 4 hours and include written testing.  Extended written reports can be provided in 30 days or less; shorter turnaround is offered as a brief summary report and/or oral report.

Dr. Aletky is willing and able to testify live and has extensive experience with jury trials.
