You may also call our main number at (763) 588-0661 to be connected to any of our offices. Because of concerns about protecting our patients' privacy, we do not offer direct e-mail contact with physicians. We're working on this, and it is a feature we'd like to provide in the future.

Scheduling an appointment. To make an appointment, please call the location where you would like to be seen at the numbers below. In the future, we hope to offer online appointment booking, but that service is not yet available.
