Job Description: Part-time RN with excellent IV skills to infuse IV medications in office-based infusion suite one-two days per week and for sick/vacation coverage for current infusion nurse. Nurse must be comfortable working alone and under the supervision of a prescribing physician and prefer knowledge and experience infusing IV drugs. A minimal amount of drug preparation is also involved. If you are interested in working closely with infusion patients and their physicians, then this position is for you! Home Care, IV infusion, Neurology, Oncology, OB or ER experience is a plus. A general knowledge of neuromuscular diseases is also a plus. Excellent computer and customer service skills required.

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Edina Office
The Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology (MCN) seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work with our team of neurologists in Edina, Minnesota. This provider will work collaboratively with physicians and nurses to provide general neurology services to patients. Services will be performed primarily at Fairview Southdale Hospital, but will also include out-patient work at our Edina clinic location. The incumbent will be responsible to coordinate hospital admissions, consults and followups; order and arrange tests with providers and nursing staff; provide patient/family education; and perform clinical duties. May also include developing and implementing special programs.
This is a full-time position with a varied schedule to include weekdays and weekends: 40 weeks per year M-F days; 18+ weekends per year Sat-Sun days. May include night call.
Master’s degree from Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with certification and current license required. Two or more years of experience required; prior experience in neurology highly desired. Must be able to function with a high level of autonomy; be self-motivated and detail-oriented; and possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Epic software required.

Location: Mainly based at the Golden Valley office, 1 day/week at the Edina office; travel to other offices as needed.

Clinical Research Coordinator
Job duties include: Perform pre-study, active study, and close out procedures for clinical research trials under physicians’ supervision, while protecting the study subjects’ safety and welfare and complying with health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related medical field with a minimum of one year’s experience in clinical research. 2. Experience with and knowledge of research protocols as related to the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and/or FDA. 3. Experience screening and enrolling patients into research studies. 4. Working knowledge of medical terminology. 5. Excellent organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills for communication with patients, physicians, hospital personnel and study sponsors. 6. Ability to think critically, multi-task, and cope with a high learning curve in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. 7. Advanced computer knowledge/skills; experience with electronic health record, MS Office. 8. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. 9. Valid Minnesota driver's license and availability to travel out of state for investigator/coordinator meetings.

Holidays
We offer eight holidays per year for full-time and part-time employees.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for accrued paid time off that may be used for vacation, illness, or any other time they find it necessary to be away from work. Our time off schedule* is as follows:
First year of employment: 10 days/year 2-4 Years: 15 days/year 5-9 Years: 20 days/year 10+ Years: 25 days/year *Pro-rated for part-time employees
Extended Ill Time Off
An extended illness bank accrues at seven days per year. This account can be used when employees are absent for more than three consecutive days due to medical necessity.
Short-Term Disability
In addition to the extended illness bank, we provide disability coverage for full-time employees. The policy takes effect following 30 work days of absence due to illness, up to the 90th calendar day.
Health/Dental Coverage
We offer comprehensive medical and dental coverage through PreferredOne and Delta Dental for full and 3/4 time employees.
Flexible Spending Accounts
This benefit allows employees to have health and dental premiums, as well as medical, dental, and/or dependent care expense dollars, withheld from their paychecks on a pre-tax basis.
Life Insurance
We are proud to provide an employer-paid life insurance benefit equal to 2.5 times of the employee's annualized wages for full-time and 3/4-time employees. We also offer a voluntary life insurance program that allows coverage election for employee, spouse and children.
Retirement Plans
Profit Sharing/Pension Plan: A tax qualified Profit Sharing Plan is the Clinic’s method of setting aside funds for employee retirement. This company-sponsored benefit is supplemented by a Defined Benefit Pension Plan. Employees are eligible after completion of 2 years of service under both retirement plans.
401K/Safe Harbor Profit Sharing: Employees may also set aside a percentage of their annual compensation via pre-tax deduction for this qualified retirement plan. The Clinic as well will set aside 4% of an employee’s monthly income in their profit sharing account. Employees are eligible the first of the month after 60 days of service.
Educational Expense Reimbursement
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for tuition assistance for courses directly related to their job responsibilities. This enables employees to acquire additional skills and knowledge to enhance personal development and improve their current job performance.

Uniform Allowances
