The Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology has opportunities for BE/BC Neurologists to join our busy, well-established group practice of 36 private practice neurologists in the suburbs of Minneapolis MN. We encourage an entrepreneurial practice style integrating general neurology with a subspecialty interest. Our in-house ancillary and support services include full neurodiagnostic labs, 2 mobile MRI scanners, psychology and neuropsychology, physical therapy and full business office services.
Golden Valley Office
We are seeking a pediatric neurologist to join our lake-side Golden Valley office, four miles west of downtown Minneapolis. The pediatric neurologist will share call at Children's Hospital and other community hospitals.
Burnsville Office
Our Burnsville office is seeking to add a fifth well-trained adult neurologist to provide care for patients in a rapidly growing service area in a southern suburb of Minneapolis. Physicians share call at neighboring Fairview Ridges Hospital and Twin Cities Riverside Hospital. This growth-oriented hospital system, in addition to neurology, provides strong programs in emergency, surgery, orthopedic and children's care.
Coon Rapids Office
We are seeking a Neurology Hospitalist to join our office located in the north metro suburb of Minneapolis. Provide consultation and management of critically ill patients in an ICU setting as well as general neurological consultations throughout the hospital. Work in conjunction with internal medicine physicians and neurosurgeons. Requires skill and expertise in management of critical care neurology as well as other acute neurological illnesses. Proficiency in EEG/EMG preferred. This flexible career opportunity offers options for clinic practice work as well. Share with 7 other partners in evening and weekend call.

Holidays
We offer eight holidays per year for full-time and part-time employees.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for accrued paid time off that may be used for vacation, illness, or any other time they find it necessary to be away from work. Our time off schedule* is as follows:
First year of employment: 10 days/year 2-4 Years: 15 days/year 5-9 Years: 20 days/year 10+ Years: 25 days/year *Pro-rated for part-time employees
Extended Ill Time Off
An extended illness bank accrues at seven days per year. This account can be used when employees are absent for more than three consecutive days due to medical necessity.
Short-Term Disability
In addition to the extended illness bank, we provide disability coverage for full-time employees. The policy takes effect following 30 work days of absence due to illness, up to the 90th calendar day.
Health/Dental Coverage
We offer comprehensive medical and dental coverage through PreferredOne and Delta Dental for full and 3/4 time employees.
Flexible Spending Accounts
This benefit allows employees to have health and dental premiums, as well as medical, dental, and/or dependent care expense dollars, withheld from their paychecks on a pre-tax basis.
Life Insurance
We are proud to provide an employer-paid life insurance benefit equal to 2.5 times of the employee's annualized wages for full-time and 3/4-time employees. We also offer a voluntary life insurance program that allows coverage election for employee, spouse and children.
Retirement Plans
Profit Sharing/Pension Plan: A tax qualified Profit Sharing Plan is the Clinic’s method of setting aside funds for employee retirement. This company-sponsored benefit is supplemented by a Defined Benefit Pension Plan. Employees are eligible after completion of 2 years of service under both retirement plans.
401K/Safe Harbor Profit Sharing: Employees may also set aside a percentage of their annual compensation via pre-tax deduction for this qualified retirement plan. The Clinic as well will set aside 4% of an employee’s monthly income in their profit sharing account. Employees are eligible the first of the month after 60 days of service.
Educational Expense Reimbursement
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for tuition assistance for courses directly related to their job responsibilities. This enables employees to acquire additional skills and knowledge to enhance personal development and improve their current job performance. In addition, we offer access to a 529 education plan that enables employees to save for their children's or grandchildren's college education.

Uniform Allowances
Employees required to wear uniforms will be provided one uniform jacket following date of their hire and one uniform annually thereafter.
